Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees is elected by the Association members. They manage the Association business by making decisions and setting policies. The Board has a fiduciary responsibility that includes collection, spending and properly budgeting funds, maintaining the integrity of common areas, upholding the community’s governing documents and addressing community issues on the Association’s behalf.
Conservancy Office We are here to help you – and to make your quality of life better. Services we provide include:
- Community Services – publishing the newsletter and directory, updating the Web site, orienting new owners/tenants and scheduling recreational and social functions.
- Governance Services – ensuring residents are complying with the governing documents, adhering to local, state and federal statutes (like fair housing laws), enforcing community rules and policies and recruiting new volunteers.
- Businesses Services – operating the common property efficiently, bidding maintenance work competitively, investing reserve funds wisely, developing long-rang plans and equitably and efficiently collection assessments.
Providing these services requires good management (by both the Board of Trustees and professional management staff), strong planning and organization, and carefully monitoring of Association’s affairs.
It is not easy, but by fairly and effectively delivering these services, the community association protects and enhances the value of individual homes and lenders interest in those homes.
