The South River Colony Conservancy is an automatic membership homeowners and commercial property owners association.  While day-to-day operations are managed by the Conservancy staff of Legum & Norman, the community is self-governed by property owners, tenants, and commercial property owners who volunteer their time by serving on the Board of Trustees or other committees.
