For the enjoyment of our smallest residents, we have three tot lots located within South River Colony:

1. 3710 Colony Club Drive -- adjacent to the Conservancy office and North Pool
2. The Pointe -- at the corner of Noblewood and Dawnwood Roads
3. 40 Colony Crossing -- adjacent to the South Pool across from the golf course
