The Pointe is a cluster of 122 luxury townhomes with more than 3,000 square feet of living space and 7 upscale single-family homes on tree-lined streets in a wooded enclave bordered by Route 214, Mayo Road and over 100 acres of South River Colony woods and wetlands.  Common areas include a gazebo, pocket park, tot lot, and open areas. 

The Pointe Cluster Committee has been in existence for 4 years, initially focusing on developer completion which occurred in 2006.  The Cluster Committee now focuses on beautification projects, including an irrigation system covering the entire town home common area and landscaping enhancement throughout. 

The Cluster Committee consists of 5 residents, 4 representing the town homes and 1 representative from the single family homes.  Pointe residents are actively involved with committees – Welcome, Directory, Newsletter, Pet, Parking, Neighborhood Watch, and Social.  A quarterly newsletter and annual directory are published, and over 85% of residents participate in the cluster email distribution.  Anyone who can give any amount of time or expertise is encouraged!

Cluster meetings are scheduled for odd months, the annual election meeting is in September, and cluster committee members serve terms of 1 year.  Based on resident concerns and suggestions, meetings include ideas for projects or services, discussion of how to remedy any problems that arise, and information up-dates from the cluster, neighborhood, and SRCC.

Pointe residents also serve on other SRCC Committees and on the SRCC Board of Trustees.
