The Design Review Board (DRB) has an important job - to help maintain consistency throughout the community as well as keeping the property values at a premium.
Any external change to the original home design or the property must be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board before construction may occur. The changes are reviewed for compliance with the architectural standards of the community and could include landscaping, decks, patios, pools, additions to the home, storm doors, paint colors, satellite antennas, tree removal, etc.

We are always looking for volunteers for the committee. A broad range of experience in the areas of architecture, construction/building and landscaping is desirable. The experience may be acquired through education, business or personal homeownership.
