The Future Looks Bright for The Golf Club at South River

With the successful closing of the Founder’s Membership program, The Brick Companies and The Golf Club at South River are pleased to announce the introduction of the Charter Membership program available for a limited time.  This new program offers 90% refundability, convenient payment options and for a limited time, introductory pricing.  As a member, your family will enjoy unlimited access to one of Maryland’s top 3 golf courses according to Golf Digest.  The Club offers a variety of family and individual programming including leagues, tournaments, couples, ladies and junior golf.  On site instruction ensures your golf will be up to par. With a unique focus on family, sport and friendship, The Brick Companies is paving the way for a private club unlike any other.

Over the next few months, the Club will undergo an extensive interior renovation and kitchen expansion allowing our members to enjoy romantic fireside dining and expanded contemporary menus.  In addition to the exciting changes inside, our design team is hard at work on our next phased improvement to the practice facilities and 9^th hole which we anticipate in 2009. Upon completion, the Club will offer state of the art practice facilities including a short par 3 course and practice tees for our junior golfers.  Our 9^th hole will enjoy a new look and feel under the watchful eye of golf course architect, Terry LaGree.

Future phased improvements include expansion of the current clubhouse with a state of the art kitchen, full service dining and meeting rooms, a contemporary fitness facility including treatment rooms, private locker rooms and new pro shop and indoor practice facilities.  Don’t forget about the kids…the new Club will feature plenty of entertainment for kids of all ages with our convenient Kid’s Club addition.  In keeping with The Brick Companies vision of environmental stewardship, the future Club will be Leed’s certified.  We make it easy to feel green while you’re on the green.
