If you use your bank’s “Bill Payer” option to pay your monthly HOA fees, please note there was a change of address effective April 1, 2010.  

Please alert your bank of the new address in which to send payment:  P.O. Box 65645, South River Colony Conservancy, c/o Legum & Norman Realty, Inc., Phoenix, AZ 85082-5645.

Failing to do this will cost the Association/individual residents additional fees each month for those sending payment to the incorrect address.

This does NOT affect those who use Direct Debit or the coupon books.
